All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All our deliveries are free.
International shipping
We offer international shipping services only to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland
Deliveries to these different destinations are free.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@cheriedoudou.com quoting your name and order number, and we will will examine for you.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order less the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@cheriedoudou.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

delivery time
We are committed to delivering your package between 10 and 20 days maximum. Depending on traffic, you may receive your order in less than 10 days. In case of delay or concern, our team is at your disposal to satisfy you as best as possible.
